If your a amex member yes thats correct. Ah, so non members get treated the same as if you're app'ing with any other company.
It's just once you're in the door and applying for a new line they start to ignore the hard pulls on denials? Should have clarified that. Am a newbie to AJAX4JSF. I think it provides Rapid Application Development (RAD) just by using tags like a4j: without the need to develop complex JSF Custom Components as shown in BluePrints Catalog I understand the purpose of developing JSF Custom components as Reusable for using with AJAX. But its complex and requires lot of coding i.e. PhaseListeners and Managed Beans. There should be easy way to do this especially our project needs RAD tool like AJAX4JSF. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated Regards Bansi. We are migrating from Richfaces 3.x to Richfaces 4.
I know there are lots of changes, refactor and so on. In our project we created a layer abstracting all of the jsf components (including richfaces). So in our xhtml, there are only calls to our components. This would help us not to chnage any xhtml, if we changed the JSF implementation. In this case, the migartion is almost a change of implementation because of all the major changes.
There are somethings that I can't figure out. For example, in 3.x there was a4j:support. So we build our own nvs:ajaxSupport.
Our component SfwAjaxSupport extended HtmlAjaxSupport. We have taglib configuring our ajaxSupport, and had this in the taglib: tag tag-nameajaxSupport/tag-name component component-typebr.com.softcomex.SfwAjaxSupportRenderer/component-type renderer-typebr.com.softcomex.SfwAjaxSupportRenderer/renderer-type handler-classbr.com.softcomex.components.ui.extensions.handlers.SfwDefaultExtensionTagHandler/handler-class /component /tag I know that in Richfaces 4.x, there is no Component for a4j;ajax, It is all handled through TagHandlers. But I want to continue to have our nvs:ajaxSupport.
I've change our tag lib, to the following: tag tag-nameajaxSupport/tag-name handler-classorg.richfaces.view.facelets.html.AjaxHandler/handler-class /tag I'm getting this error: Error Instantiating: org.richfaces.view.facelets.html.AjaxHandler Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: org.richfaces.view.facelets.html.AjaxHandler.init(javax.faces.view.facelets.TagConfig) I have other issues similiar to this. Where can I find the correct tag handlers for the new components? Is it possible to do what we intend? Thanks a lot. You might also want to look at the most recent documentation on Active Directory design. There have been a number of changes since Windows 2000.
For example, since replicationnow takes place at the level of theattribute (and not the entire object), creating multiple domains so replication can be limited to a particular domain is less of a consideration. That will encourage me - and others - to take time out to help you. We are setting up a Team Foundation server and looking for the best practices in using it.
We have developers at different locations that write applications that are specific to their business unit, however, we have some developers that write common applications for multiple business units. Currently there are over 100 solutions across the business units that we would like to move into TFS and looking for the best practices in the following: 1) What is the best way of organizing the code across the different business units / locations so we do not end up with 100's of team projects in one collection? Would a team collection per location make sense? 2) What is the best way to share the common framework components across all applications, including the specialized businesses units? We have a common logging, exception handling, and authentication routine that can be used by all.
Currently we are just placing the assembly file (dll) in a LIB file on each solution that needs to use it, checking it into source control, and pointing the reference to that. We also are using Ajax and have implemented that in the same manner. The Project Collections and Team Projects can be viewed as isolated containers, althought with different characteristics.
A Team Project Collection is, from an operation viewpoint, fully isolated from each other. You can't share anything between TPC's. Team Projects can share more, code, link to work items, builds - but they also represent individual work flows, and can be fully secured individually.
In your case I would equal a Business Unit with a Team Project, a solution within that with a Team, and keep everything in the same Team Project Collection. This is the way we have organized our stuff (100 team projects, 100 developers, clients/business units as a Team Project. This is also the way the Visual Studio ALM Rangers are now organizing their stuff, see for some nice thoughts on this.
Your way of sharing the common components works nice, having them in a lib folder under each solution. The question is then how to distribute them, so that they are easily placed there, and further, that you can easily update them and also know which are updated to which version.
We use a special build to handle subsystems like this, which places the result back in a Deploy folder in the library team project. Then we branch from that to the lib folder (you have to turn off the branch visualization - that is, convert it afterwards to Folder, so that this does not interfere with your ordinary branching, as the source control only allow hierarchical branching, and not networked branching. The branch is still a branch however, just dont have the glossy interface). Updates can then be handled using merges. I have a blogpost from some time ago about this strategy, it is option3 that would be appropriateand most like yours.
Also see Jakob's blog about how to implement this strategy. Anotheroption that could used isto set up your own NuGet repository and use that to distribute them. Your library build would then push the binaries to the nuget repository and each client would pick from there using the Nuget manager. Terje Sandstrom [MVP]. Once you've established a connection, the authentication method that you used becomes less relevant.
It might matter, for example, if the connectionwill be usedto access resources outside the server, because in some scenarios, you would be able to go out using the Windows credentials, but for work performed inside the server it will not matter what was the authentication mode.Windows authentication is recommended because with it, the authentication is done by Windows and SQL Server would not need to verify login passwords. Once you performed the authentication step and connected to the server, the way you authenticated becomes less important. If the connections that you pool are made with Windows authentication, then you are taking advantage of both. Any other considerations would depend on the specific requirements of your application.ThanksLaurentiu. Dear Team, I am currently performing MPR test with my Web Application using Windows Server 2012 R2 platform. While verifiying test results, i got failed in the validating digital signature for 3rd party binaries(DLL). The DLLs are Ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll, interop.Excel.dll etc., Whether Signed DLLs are exists for Ajax Libraries?? If Signed DLLs exists for Ajax Libraries, is it advisable to request Microsoft support team for getting Signed DLL through mail? (or) Can i include this point as a waiver in document during test results submission??
Regarding Interop DLL's is it advisable to include DLL's in waiver request document?? Kindly review and suggest comments. Yeah, what happened was you got an inexperienced (stupid) CSR.
What's done is done so no use worrying about it. It was actually a GOOD mistake. You just added $15k more available credit, and also since Amex backdates all new cards, you will not be dinged for a new account or loss of AAoA. Since you said you want to get away from the AF and cancel the SPG card, and the Blue Cash is a no-AF card, allocate your available credit from your SPG to your Blue Cash before you close it out. If you just close your SPG without doing this, you just lost $21k in available credit. If they wont allocate it, just keep them both open and try again later. I think I read somewhere that the new account that the credit line is being transferred to has to be open for atleast a year before they allow this.

Hey, guys, just got approved for SPG, I'd love to travel to Europe this summer, so I really appreciated your guys help! This forum really offer tons of great info. I now have green and SPG, but I only want to keep one open after one year. I think SPG is a better choice, since AF is lower and the SPG can transfer to airlines 1:1.25(with 20k increment), which is better than MR points. I know SPG points are hard to get unless to stay at SPG properties, but I think compared to Green, SPG is a better point card.
Is there any reason that I should keep the Green? Hi, Exchange ActiveSync mailbox policies allow administrators to configure the same features and security settings to apply to each group of users. There is no built-in functionality that would allow you to create dynamic security groups. In general, this doesn't appear to be a good idea - considering that changing security group membership implies changes in privileges/access rights - and that's something that should be a subject to an approval. Nevertheless, as Himanshu has pointed out, this functionality is available via third party tools.
As far as dynamic distribution groups are concerned, refer to the Exchange forum: hth Marcin. I am getting an unsatisfied link error: could not find the procedure. But only on some machines, I have gotten it to work on more than one machine, but it will not work on a few other machines.
3 it has worked on, 3 it has not. All machines are using: -Tomcat 6.0.14 -JRE 1.6.0_04 i586 -JRI (Java to R connector -R 2.5.1 (-XP Pro or XP tablet ed -Most are 32 bit centrino duo CPUs, one is a 64 bit core 2 duo All machines have './R/Rversion/bin' and './JRI' included in the system path so that JRI and R native libraries are available for use from JNI. I have traced the dependencies for JRI.dll from one machine that it works on and one that it does not work on. Sorry it is so long. Presumably when you load the library you are not eating exceptions. Thus if the load library call had failed you would see that exception and you have verified that exception is not occurring?
Obviously if that step is working on all machines then it would be pointless to look at directories because it would mean that the library is being found. You have verified that nothing with the same name exists anywhere else? Presumably one of the following is true 1. The library is new. The library is a replacement - it is in fact being replaced with the new version?
As per other replies above, stop fussing over performance of the SQL instance that runs your vCenter. There isn't much in the way of documented recommendations because it's really not relevant. The database never grows to any significant size, and the majority of that is historical performance logging. Your file servers, mail servers and other business applications are all going to utilise much heavier resources than your vCenter SQL instance. The HA benefits that VMware brings to the table over a physical server however, are significant. Once you've deployed vSphere, you have HA. Why would you decide all the management of that shouldn't get to benefit?
Edit: Actually I can. The VMware Performance Best Practices Guide for vSPhere 5.1 states: If the vCenter database is placed on thin-provisioned or lazy-zeroed thick-provisioned storage, vCenter startup might be slower than it would be if placed on eager-zeroed thick-provisioned storage This information would not be applicable in a physical environment - the assumption they have already made is that you have deployed within a VM. Can be either business or personal. Is there still a 100k PRG offer and is the AF due on opening?
SPG points are worth 2.9CPP to me. From what I recall the transfer value of MRs to SPG is really lousy. +1 Unless you value MR points at under 1 cent each, transferring MR points to SPG would not make sense. While I love SPG points, I don't think any reasonable valuation places 3 MR points at 1 SPG point. Occasionally MR offers bonuses up to 50% for SPG transfers. At that point it might make sense if you are a die hard SPG f anatic, but for most people even a 2 to 1 ratio is not worth it.
As far as 100k PRG bonus, the more common 100k bonus is for the Plat, but it is only available when you are targeted. The PRG usually have a 25k bonus with targeted 50k and 75k offers (not heard of 100k, but I could have missed it when it was offered). The 75k PRG bonus is very rare, though a link to the 50k offer was going around not too long ago. I believe Diners club rewards allows transfers to SPG at a 0.6 SPG points per Diners point, but their applications are currently closed. Unfortunately SPG points are by far the hardest to accumulate. This makes them often a less useful choice for general spend than UR and MR cards that have categorical bonuses since most SPG cards (other than Diners that suffers from 40% point loss on transfer) are just 1x point cards for all non-SPG spend. This makes bonus category spends like restaurants/travel better on say the CSP for UR points or groceries and gas better on the EDP for MR points.
While I love SPG points, I canceled my SPG Amex a while ago because I could not justify placing a lot of spend on it at 1x points. Given your 2.9 cpp valuation of SPG points though it might make sense to put general non-bonus category spend (that you can't get 2 MR or UR points for) on the SPG Amex over a 2% cash card like the Double Cash or Fidelity Amex.
I transfer my SPG points to airlines, at 1:1.25 redemption with their 5k mile bonus for every 20k I transfer. I am just looking for a card that offers a decent bonus that is transferrable to SPG points. I don't have any other use for MR points.

The Ajax page takes time to come, so the error is occurred in the time of automation. If I run each and every step manually this problem is not occurred. But the Ajax tools problems still occurred.
Please, give me some solution for that where automation Testing is possible for each and every iteration with Ajax pages and Ajax Tools. (1) First of all I created the test suit and write the test cases under the test suit. (2) Then wrote three values for each parameters which is three iteration. (3) For the 1st iteration I put every values manually and expect after play the recording it will take next iteration values automatically. Erorrs: (1) When I tested a online software by MTM 2010, it can't play the ajax page automatically for the next iteration. Because, Ajax page takes time to load and it is not possible for the recording procees. So the error ocured.
(2) When I put the value in mask edit extender i.e, it can't mapped the parameter and also in the time of 2nd iteration(automatically) takes 12/ /0620. So the error occured. (3) When I select the date from calander(Using Ajax), the parameter is not mapped and error occured in the next iteration. So I need to write the the date in the text box, so ajax calader is not usable for MTM2010. (4) If I tried to use drop down in the offline application, then the values of the dropdown is not mapped. The drop down problem is occured only for ofline software. How to solve these problems and Is MTM 2010 is usefull for the current market??
